Mr. White, Auto Shop TeacherI saw Mr. White`s obituary in last night`s Novato Advance (1/21/09). He`d moved to Oregon after retirement. He lost his battle with cancer earlier this month. It was a nice article. Might be able to see it online through www.novatoadvance.com. /Carol Hall |

Time: 2:30 - 5:00 pm (set up at 1:30 pm)
3:00 - 3:30 pm Speakers will present their stories about Bob
Korey Yamagata has graciously volunteered to create a collection of Bob White photos to be displayed at the celebration. If you have photos that depict various aspects of Bob`s life that you want to share, please send your scanned photo or digital image to Korey at photos@novato.net or drop in at Express Photo and Digital located at 1205 Grant Avenue in Novato to have your photo scanned.
We would also appreciate donations of
- finger food (such as veggies and dip, mini sausages on toothpicks, stuffed grape leaves, meat balls on toothpicks, crackers and cheese, salsa and chips, mini fruit chunks on toothpicks, mini crab cakes, mini quiches, mini spicy chicken wings, your own creation, and cookies or brownies [all can be found at Costco] on a platter/plate/bowl ready to serve.) Put your name and phone number on the bottom of platter or plate.
- 6-packs of beer, soda or bottled water
- bottles of wine
- flower bouquets in vases
In order to avoid getting 25 plates of veggies and dip, etc. please contact the following people. These are the committee members who are putting the event together.
